    I don't get what all the hate is with turnkey staff is. I've had some experiences where they aren't falling over themselves to help me out or be exceptionally nice, but I don't do that at my job either. Generally I find they do their job just fine..

    Still not sure exactly what it is they do, but they do it with 4-5 people working that desk at a time!

    When I tell my friends I'm going to the washroom, I usually say something like "Just grabbing something from the turnkey desk!"

    When I have an epic hangover, I call it "waiting in line for help at the Turnkey desk".
